Inbox-Meezan IT Infrastructure Services Agreement Signed

Karachi, February 14th 2008:
An agreement was signed between Meezan Bank and Inbox Business Technologies here on Thursday according to which Inbox will be providing complete end-to-end Technology Infrastructure Products and Services to Meezan. Meezan Bank has acquired the services of Inbox Business Technologies to provide IBM hardware and software in order to run core banking applications. Meezan previously acquired the license for a core banking application from Temenos, a Swiss-based banking software company and sought the services of Inbox as an end-to-end solution provider for deploying the hardware. Inbox will deploy IBM System x, Blade Centre, IBM System p, System Storage, Tivoli Storage Manager as well as Websphere at Meezan. Furthermore, Inbox shall provide extended support for Websphere and Tivoli Storage Manager.
